On 04/08/2025, the Company received the consolidated list of securities holders entitled to exercise rights No. VNDVCAVSDR003440/VSDRTBXX issued by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation. Accordingly, Tanbien Rubber Joint Stock Company holds 98.46% of the Company’s voting shares. The Company does not meet the requirements stipulated in Clause 4, Article 135 of the 2019 Securities Law (at least 10% of voting shares must be held by at least 100 investors who are not major shareholders)
