BIC: Payment of 2024 cash dividend; 2025 Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

a) Payment of 2024 cash dividend:
- Payment rate: 15%/share (1,500 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 06/11/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Head Office of  BIDV Insurance Company, 11th Floor, Building 263 Cau Giay, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi on working days of the week starting from November 6, 2025; ID cards have to be presented.
b) 2025 Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity: 
- Execution rate: 100:72.3 (shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 72.3 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of issued shares will be rounded to the whole number according to the rounding down principle, and the decimal fraction will be cancelled.
- For example: Shareholder A holds 900 shares at the record date, with the Execution rate, the corresponding number of shares will be 650.7 shares. According to the rounding principle as above, the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is 650 shares. The fractional shares (0.7 shares) will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:  Shareholders will complete the procedures to receive share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity at the Head Office of  BIDV Insurance Company, 11th Floor, Building 263 Cau Giay, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi and ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
