WCS: Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 5:1 (shareholders owning 5 shares will receive 1 new share)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of additional shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (decimal parts) (if any) will be bought back by the Company as treasury shares at a price of VND 10,000/share.
- For example: Shareholder A owns 369 shares on the shareholder record date. With the right exercise ratio of 5:1, shareholder A will receive 369 x 1/5 = 73.80 shares. According to the principle of rounding down to the whole number, shareholder A will actually receive 73 new shares and 0.8 x 10,000 = 8,000 VND.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited:  The shareholder completes the procedures to receive the issued shares to increase the share capital from the owner's equity at the Head Office of the Western Bus Station Joint Stock Company, address: 395 Kinh Duong Vuong, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Certificate of Share Ownership and ID cards have to be presented 
+ For the arising fractional shares (if any): The shareholder of the deposited and undeposited securities have to complete the procedures and receive payment for the fractional shares at the Head Office of the Western Bus Station Joint Stock Company, address: 395 Kinh Duong Vuong, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented
