VEA: Administrative decision on tax management

On August 4, 2025, VEAM received a report from the Nghe An Branch regarding the Branch’s receipt of Decision No. 71/QĐ-TCS9 dated July 28, 2025, from the Tax Department No. 09 of Nghe An Province concerning the enforcement of an administrative decision on tax management by the measure of requesting the freezing of the accounts of the enforcement subject at the state treasury and credit institutions. The specific content is as follows:

• Reason for enforcement: The taxpayer has overdue tax debt exceeding 90 days from the due date for tax payment as prescribed;

• Enforcement amount: VND245,930,648
