TST: Decision on being put on alert

On August 08, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 978/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
•         Issuer: Telecommunication Technical Service Joint Stock Company
•         Securities type: Common stock
•         Stock code: TST
•         Base of review: Official Dispatch No. 2907/CV/TST dated July 29, 2025, regarding the lifting of trading restrictions of shares and the holding of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025.
•       Reason: The Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
.          Effective date: 14/08/2025 (August 14, 2025)
•       Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TST must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
