Following Decision No. 975/QD-SGDHN dated 08/08/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: HLY
- Securities type: common stock
- Base of review: Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company has announced the resolution of the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders, but the company has not yet resolved other warning reasons.
- Reason: The Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company has an annual financial statement given a qualified opinion by an audit organization for 03 consecutive years or more
- Another reason: The company held its 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders but has not yet resolved other warning reasons.
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 4 and Point a Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains on alert as prescribed in this Decision Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 867/GD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025

On 09/04/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company (HLY) as follows:
- HLY shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 975/QD-SGDHN dated 08/08/2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- HLY shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 75/QD-SGDHN dated 14/02/2025 due to the reason The company has negative equity in its audited 2024 financial statements at Point a Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
