- Execution Venue: Office of Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Joint Stock Company, no.34, road DT 743, Tan Dong Hiep ward, Hochiminh city
- Voting Content: Approval of issues within the authority of the General Meeting via postal ballots in accordance with prevailing laws and the Company’s Charter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
