RCL: Notice of record date for dividend payment by shares

Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 100:02 (Owners of 100 shares will receive 02 new shares)
+ Plan on handling fractional shares: The number of additional shares issued when dividing to each existing shareholder will be rounded to the unit, the fractional decimal part (if any) will be canceled.For example, on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 585 shares, then shareholder A will receive the corresponding number of newly issued shares of (585:100) x 02 = 11.7 shares. According to the plan for handling fractional shares, shareholder Nguyen Van A will receive 11 shares, rounded to the nearest whole number. The fraction of 0.7 shares will be canceled.
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Cho Lon Real Estate JSC on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
