SZC: Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 07/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company, Level 9, Sonadezi Building, No.1, Road 1, Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai Province on working days from 07/10/2025. 
+ Procedures to receive dividend for undeposited securities: shareholders register using the form uploaded to website: http:// www.sonadezichauduc.com.vn and send to the Finance – Accounting Division of Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company by the above-mentioned address. The company shall transfer dividend to the exact beneficiary shareholders, the bank transfer charges will be paid by shareholders.
