GCB: cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 51/2025/CV-CPPT dated 06/08/2025 of the Company on cancelling the record date for 2025 Extraordinary General meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancel the record date of 12/08/2025 for 2025 Extraordinary General meeting of GCB securities in Notice no.2802/TB-VSDC dated 24/07/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: At the request of the Securities registering institution.
