DECISION ON THE STOCK REMAINING UNDER TRADING RESTRICTION
Following Decision No. 985/QD-SGDHN dated 12/08/2025, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Vinaconex 39 Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: PVV
- Securities type: common stock
- Basis for consideration: Review Financial Statement 2025
- Reason: The issuer had negative owner equity in Review Financial Statement 2025
- Another reason: the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2024 of the company
- Trading restriction: be traded every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Points a and c, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock remains under restrictionas prescribed in this Decision, Vinaconex 39 Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.137/GD-SGDHN dated 12/03/2025

On 12/08/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Vinaconex 39 Joint Stock Company (stock code: PVV) as follows:
- PVV shares remains under trading restriction following the Decision No.985/QD-SGDHN dated 12/08/2025 due to the reason(s) that The issuer had negative owner equity in Review Financial Statement 2025; the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2024 of the company as prescribed in Points a and c, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
