- Meeting venue: Shareholders send the Voting Form within the prescribed time to ABBANK no later than 5:00 p.m. on 15/09/2025 in one of the following ways:
+    Put it in a sealed envelope and deliver it directly or send it by mail to the Board of Directors Office at the head office address of ABBANK: levels 1, 2, 3, Geleximco Building, No. 36 Hoang Cau, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi City.
+    Take a photo or scan it and send it via email to: ir@abbank.vn
- Meeting agenda: Obtaining shareholders' opinions on the Plan to increase charter capital including Offering additional shares in the form of issuing share purchase rights to existing shareholders and Issuing shares under the employee stock option program (ESOP). (Details are according to the Notice sent to shareholders and documents for collecting opinions published on ABBANK's electronic information page on www.abbank.vn).
