GDA: Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 30%/share (3,000 VND per share)
- Principal of rounding, handling shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure that the total number of shares distributed does not exceed the total number of shares issued. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed, and the new charter capital will be registered on the number of actually distributed shares.
Example: On the record date, shareholder who owns 101 shares are entitled to receive 101 x 30% = 30.3 shares. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 30 shares, the 0.3 fractional shares will be removed.
Payment time: 12/06/2025

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Ton Dong A Corporation, No. 5, Road No. 5, Song Than 1 Industrial Park, Di An Ward, Hochiminh city or at Ho Chi Minh City Representative Office - Ton Dong A Joint Stock Company, address 21-23 Ho Van Hue - Duc Nhuan ward - Ho Chi Minh City on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
