PDR: Issuance of 15th Revised Securities Registration Certificate

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce issuance of the 15th revised securities registration certificate for Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 14/08/2025

From 14/08/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15)
