Correction to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders’ Resolution No. 30072025/NQ-DHDCD/L40 and the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 3007/BB-DHDCD/L40 dated July 30, 2025, together with the attached documents
40 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company hereby corrects the numbers and dates of the two Submissions stated and attached in the Resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders No. 30072025/NQ-DHDCD/L40 dated July 30, 2025 and the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 3007/BB-DHDCD/L40 dated July 30, 2025 (enclosed with the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 30072025/NQ-DHDCD/L40 and the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 3007/BB-DHDCD/L40 already amended according to the correction content) as follows:
