     * Dividend payment in cash 2024:
          - Exercise rate: 2.5%/share (shareholders receive VND250 for every share they own).
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares:
- For receiving dividend in cash: PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (Address: Floor 14-18 PetroVietnam Building No. 1-5 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, HCMC) on working days from 11/09/2025. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
- For receiving dividends by bank transfer: Shareholders send a request to receive dividends by bank transfer according to PVOIL's form, along with a valid copy of ID card/Passport or legal identification to Vietnam Oil Corporation - JSC (Floors 14-18, PetroVietnam Building, No. 1-5 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).   
          - Exercise date: 11/09/2025
