ND2:Payment of 2024 cash dividend

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 25%/share (2,500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 16/10/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at North Electricity Development And Investment Joint Stock Company No 2 from October 16, 2025 on working days of the week. ID Card and Share Ownership Certificates have to be presented at one of the following two addresses:
(1) Address 1: Finance and Planning Department at Hanoi Office, 7th floor, Vinaconex Diamond Tower building, 459C Bach Mai, Bach Mai ward, Hanoi
(2) Address 2: Finance and Planning Department at the Company's Head Office: San Bang Village, Bat Xat Commune, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
