QPH: Postal ballot

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: to be announced later and posted on the Company's website www.thuydienquephong.com.vn and the mass media according to the provisions of the prevailing Law
- Meeting venue: Head office of Que Phong Hydropower Joint Stock Company - Don Con Village, Que Phong Commune, Nghe An Province
- Meeting agenda:
Approving the contents under the authority of the General Meeting. The specific content will be sent by the Company to collect opinions in a letter to shareholders and will be posted on the Company's website www.thuydienquephong.com.vn and the mass media according to the provisions of the Law.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
