Decision on being continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 1010/QD-SGDHN dated August 19, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of An Giang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: AGF) as follows:

- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025

- Reason for trading restriction: The Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025

- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly

- Applicable laws: Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, AGF must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy

This Decision replaces Decision No. 323/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025

Notice on stock status

On August 18, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of An Giang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: AGF) as follows:

- AGF shares remains on trading restriction following the Decision No. 1010/QD-SGDHN dated August 19, 2025 due to the reason that the company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025 as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

- AGF shares remains on alert following the Decision No.324/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
