SCD: Notice on stock status

On August 18, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Chuong Duong Beverages Joint Stock Company (stock code: SCD) as follows:
- SCD shares remains on trading restriction following the Decision No. 1003/QD-SGDHN dated August 18, 2025 due to the reason that the company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025 as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
