JOS: Decision on continued trading restriction

Pursuant to Decision No. 1000/QD-SGDHN dated 18/08/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of JOS stock as follows:
-   Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: The company has negative equity in its Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 424/QD-SGDHN dated 09/04/2025.
