JOS: Notice on stock status

On 18/08/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of JOS shares are put under trading restriction (JOS) as follows:
- JOS shares are put under trading restriction following the Decision No. 1000/QD-SGDHN dated 18/08/2025 due to the reasons the company has negative equity in its reviewed semi-annual financial Statements 2025 at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- JOS shares remains on alert following the Decision No. 869/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the reason that the of Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company has not held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year; The Minh Hai Export Frozen Seafood Processing Joint-Stock Company has an annual financial statement given a qualified opinion by an audit organization for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed in Point a, b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
