Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

(Effective date of code allocation: 11/09/2025; effective date of code cancellation: 08/10/2025)
+ Planned quantity of issued shares: 20,000,000 shares
+ Issue price: 10,000 VND
+ Execution rate: 9:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for 1 share that they own and to buy 1 new share for every 9 rights).
 - Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any):
+  Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares : Shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares arising will not be counted.
+ The fractional shares arising during the exercise of rights due to rounding down to the whole number and unoffered shares arising from existing shareholders's not subscribing or making payment will be authorized by the General Meeting to the Board of Directors to distribute to other subjects with the conditions of offering, conditions on rights and obligations of investors not more favorable than the conditions of offering to existing shareholders (with the offering price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders). These shares are restricted from transfer within one year from the date of closing the offering.
+ In case there are still undistributed shares and the Board of Directors  could not find another suitable subject for distribution, these undistributed shares will be canceled and the Board of Directors will decide to end the offering.
+ The handling of the remaining shares must comply with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, Clause 2, Article 195 of the Enterprise Law 59/2020/QH14 and other relevant legal documents.
- For example: On the record date of shareholders entitled to purchase additional shares, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 600 shares. At that time, shareholder A will be able to purchase the corresponding number of newly offered shares (600: 9) x 1 = 66.66 shares. According to the plan for handling fractional shares, the number of shares redeemed by Shareholder A after rounding down to the whole number is 66 shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 11/09/2025 to 01/10/2025.
+ Rights can be transferred once only. Transferee is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party
+ The right to purchase shares is allowed to be divided into small parts for transfer to different investors according to the agreement between the Transferor and the Transferee.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 11/09/2025 to 03/10/2025.
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Regal Group Joint Stock Company
