TT6: Change in Business Registration Certificate

Tien Thinh Group Joint Stock Company announced change in Business Registration Certificate as follows:
1. Information before the change:
- Address: My Phu Hamlet, Tan Phuoc Hung Commune, Phung Hiep District, Hau Giang Province.
2. Information after the change:
- Address: My Phu Hamlet, Tan Phuoc Hung Commune, Can Tho City.
3. Reason for the change: The Company shall adjust the address of the Company's head office and the address of the legal representative in accordance with Resolution No. 1668/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated June 16, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Can Tho City in 2025, effective from July 1, 2025. Accordingly, this change is based on the adjustment of administrative boundaries according to State regulations, and does not change the actual location of the Company's operations.
4. Effective date: August 18, 2025
