DCT: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No. 1004/QĐ-SGDHN dated August 18, 2025, by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the continued trading restriction on DCT stock as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025
- Another reason: the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the Financial Statement 2024 of the company
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point a, c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Dong Nai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 374/QD-SGDHN dated 04/4/2025

On August 19, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Dong Nai Roofsheet & Construction Material Joint Stock Company (stock code: DCT) as follows:
- DCT shares remains under trading restriction following the Decision No. 1004/QD-SGDHN dated 18/08/2025 due to the reason(s) that The issuer had negative owner’s equity in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2025; the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2024 of the company as prescribed in Points a and c, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
