Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at  An Giang Mechanical Joint Stock Company, No. 839 Tran Hung Dao, Group 13, Binh Thoi 1 Hamlet, Binh Duc Ward, An Giang Province, Vietnam starting from October 3, 2025 during working hours from Monday to Friday (morning from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, afternoon from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm). ID Cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
