SJS: Certification of the 7th adjustment of registered securities quantity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce certification of the 7th adjustment of the number of the registered shares for SJ GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 20/08/2025

From 20/08/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

SJ GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law (supplemented in Clause 4, Article 1 of the Law no. 56/2024/QH15)
