Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 1017/QD-SGDHN dated 20/08/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of UXC stock as follows:
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025
- Reason for trading restriction: The Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the Reviewed Semi-Annual Financial Statement 2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Utxi Aquatic Products Processing Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy
This Decision replaces Decision No. 195/QD-SGDHN dated 27/03/2025

On August 20, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Utxi Aquatic Products Processing Corporation (stock code: UXC) as follows:
- UXC shares remains under trading restriction following the Decision No.1017/QD-SGDHN dated 20/08/2025 due to the reason(s) that The issuer had negative owner equity in Review Financial Statement 2025 as prescribed in Points a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
