          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: The number of shares each shareholder receives when issuing shares to increase share capital from equity will be rounded down to the nearest unit according to the rounding down principle. The odd number of shares (decimal parts) (if any) will be canceled and not issued. For example: Shareholder A owns 100 shares, shareholder A will receive 100 x (14,000,114/30,999,886) = 45.161825 shares. The number of shares that shareholder A will receive according to the rounding down principle is 45 shares. The odd number of shares 0.161825 shares will be canceled and not issued.
