Pursuant to Decision No. 87/QD-UBCK dated January 25, 2017 of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission on promulgating the Regulations on Guidance for margin trading of securities and Decision No. 1205/QD-UBCK dated December 27, 2017 amending Decision No. 87/QD-UBCK on the Regulations on Guidance for margin trading of securities, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces the inclusion of KDM shares of GCL Group Joint Stock Company in the list of securities ineligible for margin trading as follows:
- Effective date: August 26, 2025;
- Reason: The after-tax profit for the first 6 months of 2025 of the company in the semi-annual financial report of 2025 audited by AASC Auditing Company Limited are negative numbers.
