ALV: 2025 Annual General Meeting; Postal Ballot

1. Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 10:7 (Shareholders are entitled to 7 new shares for every 10 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number . The fractional shares (if any) will be removed. 
- For example: Shareholder A owns 155 shares on the record date for exercising rights, with the exercise ratio of 10:7, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is: 155*7/10 = 108.5 shares. According to the above rounding principle, the number of shares that shareholder A receives is 108 shares. The fractional share (0.5 shares) is canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the address: Head office of MCST Group Joint Stock Company, No. 77-79 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi City. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Postal ballot
- Execution Ratio: 01 common share – 01 voting right
- Execution Time: from 20/09/2025 to 30/09/2025
- Execution Venue: Shareholders send their voting ballots within the prescribed time to the Company's office at the head office of MCST Group Joint Stock Company, No. 77-79 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi City.
- Voting Content: Approval of the plan to register for listing of shares on the Stock Exchange
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
