ACV: Certification of the 1st adjustment of registered securities quantity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce certification of the 1st adjustment of the number of the registered shares for Airports Corporation Of Viet Nam as follows:

Has additionally registered securities at VSDC from 27/08/2025

From 27/08/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

Airports Corporation Of Viet Nam and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents to adjust the information on the number of registered shares are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15.
