KLF: Announcement of information on the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 not meeting the conditions to proceed

On August 28, 2025, CFS Investment and Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company (“the Company”) announced the following information:
The Company’s second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (“the General Meeting of Shareholders”) in 2025 convened on August 28, 2025 was not eligible to be held in accordance with Article 145 of the Law on Enterprises 2020 and Article 18 of the Company’s Charter because the number of shareholders attending the meeting did not represent more than 33% (thirty-three percent) of the total number of votes of the Company according to the list of shareholders entitled to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 prepared by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation on July 2, 2025.
