DSG: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction
Pursuant to Decision No. 1040/QD-SGDHN dated 28/08/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DSG stock as follows:
- Base of review: Review Semi-annual Financial Statement 2025
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company had negative equity in the Review Semi-annual Financial Statement 2025
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Dap Cau Sheet Glass Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No. 86/QD-SGDHN dated 21/02/2025.

Notice of stock status
On August 26, 2025, HNX announces the status of shares of Dap Cau Sheet Glass Joint Stock Company (stock code: DSG) as follows:
- DSG shares remain on trading restriction following the Decision No. 1040/QD-SGDHN dated August 26, 2025 due to the reason that the company had negative equity in the Review Semi-annual Financial Statement 2025 as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
