SVC: Payment of 2024 stock dividend

- Execution rate: 10:4 (shareholders owning 10 shares will receive 4 new shares).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additionally issued shares will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled. 
- Example: On the record date, shareholder A currently owns 156 shares. In this case, shareholder A will receive (156 : 10 x 4) = 62.4 shares. Following the principle of rounding and handling fractional shares, the number of shares received by shareholder A is 62 shares, and the fractional shares of 0.4 shares will be cancelled.
- Execution venue:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will complete procedures to receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete procedures to receive stock dividend at SaiGon General Service Corporation, No. 220 Bis Nguyen Huu Canh, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
