Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1053/QD-SGDHN dated September 03, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of Song Da 4 JSC’s shares (stock code: SD4) stock as follows:
- Base of review: Semi-Financial Statement 2025;
- Reason: The Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2025;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 311/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025

On September 03, 2025, HNX announces the status of Song Da 4 JSC’s shares (stock code: SD4) as follows:
- SD4 shares are under continued trading restriction following Decision No. 1053/QD-SGDHN dated September 03, 2025 due to the Company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the reviewed Semi-Financial Statement 2025 according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- SD4 shares are under continued alert following Decision No. 310/QD-SGDHN dated April 03, 2025 due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the
