- Mr. Vu Duc Tien has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 26/08/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Duy Kien has been appointed Vice Chairman of the BOD with effect since 26/08/2025
- Mr. Mai Thanh Phuong has been appointed Member of the BOD with effect since 26/08/2025
- Mr. Ta Huu Dien has been dismissed from Vice Chairman of the BOD with effect since 22/08/2025
- Mr. Vo Van Phuc has been dismissed from Member of the BOD with effect since 22/08/2025
