TKU: Payment of cash dividend from undistributed after-tax profit after refund of Development Investment Fund

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share) 
- Payment time: 26/09/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.

+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Tung Kuang Industry Joint Stock Company, no.3, road 2A, Bien Hoa 2 industrial zone, Long Hung ward, Dong Nai province on working days from 26/09/2025. ID cards and Certificate of share ownership have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
