Pursuant to Decision No. 1057/QD-SGDHN dated 04/9/2025, HNX announced the stock is lifted out of alert as follows:
- Issuer: Alphanam E&C JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: AME
- Effective date: 22/08/2025
- Reason: The audit conclusion in the audited semi-annual consolidated financial statements 2025 is an unqualified opinion.
- Basis for review: The semi-annual consolidated financial statements 2025 of Alphanam E&C JSC were reviewed by Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited.
- Applicable regulations: Point c, Clause 4, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 294/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange on placing AME shares on the alert list.
