* Decision on stock moved from supervision to alert status:
Pursuant to Decision No. 1056/QD-SGDHN dated 04/09/2025, HNX announces the stock is moved from supervision to alert status as follows:
- Issuer: National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: NVB
- Effective date: 09/09/2025
- Reason: The parent company's after-tax profit for the first 6 months of 2025 is a positive number and the undistributed after-tax profit as of June 30, 2025 is a negative number
- Other reason(s): Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2024 is negative
- Basis for review: The audited semi-annual consolidated financial statements 2025 of National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank were audited by AFC Viet Nam Auditing Company Limited
- Applicable regulation(s): Point b, Clause 4, Article 37, Point b, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- National Citizen Commercial Joint Stock Bank, within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, must send to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and publish information along with measures and roadmap to remedy the situation of securities being alerted.
- This Decision replaces Decision No. 148/QD-SGDHN dated March 13, 2025 and Decision No. 149/QD-SGDHN dated March 13, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

-  NVB shares are under alert according to Decision No. 1056/QD-SGDHN dated September 04, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange due to the parent company's after-tax profit in the first 6 months of 2025 being positive and undistributed after-tax profit as of June 30, 2025 being negative; undistributed after-tax profit as of December 31, 2024 being negative.
