As of 05/9/2025, based on Decision No.87QD-UBCK dated 25/01/2017 of SSC on the issuance of Regulation on giving guidelines on securities margin trading and Decision No.1205/QD-UBCK dated 27/12/2017 on the revision of the Decision 87/QD-UBCK, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Official Notice No.3973/TB-SGDHN for the following stock ineligible for margin trading:

- Stock code: BNA
- Effective date: 10/9/2025
- Reason: The parent company's after-tax profit for the first 6 months of 2025 on the semi-annual consolidated financial statements 2025 of Bao Ngoc Investment Production Corporation audited by Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited is a negative number.
