- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Execution time: 10/2025 tentatively, after having the list of shareholders (specific time in the Written Opinion Form) 
- Execution venue: At the headquarter of PTSC Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company, Lot 4H Ton Duc Thang Street, Nghia Lo Ward,  Quang Ngai Province
- Contents: approval of contract with stakeholders. Details will be announced.

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
