- Meeting time:  Oct 2025 or Nov 2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Transport Investment And Construction Consultant Joint Stock Company
- Tentative Meeting agenda:
+ Dismissal of members of the Board of Directors, election of additional members of the Board of Directors;
+ Dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board, election of additional members of the Supervisory Board;
+ Approval of the plan to increase of the company's charter capital;
+ Approval of the transfer of shares without public offering;
+Amending and supplementing the Company's Charter and developing internal regulations on Corporate Governance, regulations on the operation of the Board of Directors, regulations on the operation of the Supervisory Board;
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
