Pursuant to the document no.400/TB-ĐP-BQHCĐ dated 04/09/2025 of Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: DPG) on cancelling the list of shareholders for Postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for Postal ballot, the record date: 22/08/2025 in accordance with Notice no.2916/TB-VSDC dated 05/08/2025 by VSDC.
Reason: At the request of Dat Phuong Group Joint Stock Company
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited DPG shares at DMs.
