Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 1066/QD-SGDHN dated September 08, 2025, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TCK
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025
- Reason: The company had negative owner equity in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TCK must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.385/GD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025

Notice of stock status
On September 08, 2025, HNX announces the status of Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TCK) as follows:
- TCK shares remains on trading restriction following the Decision No.1066/QD-SGDHN dated September 08, 2025 due to the reason that the company had negative owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement 2025 as prescribed in Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
- TCK shares remains on alert following the Decision No.384/QD-SGDHN dated April 08, 2025 due to the reason that the audit organization gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements on 03 consecutive years as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
