DPM: Certification of the 2nd adjustment of registered securities information

From 10/09/2025, VSDC will receive depository of the above additionally registered Securites.

PetroVietNam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier of share registration are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. (supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15)
