CT3: Decision on continued trading restriction

On September 09, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced Decision No. 1078/QD-SGDHN putting the CT3 stock of Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: CT3
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Reason: the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the Financial Statement 2024 of the company
- Applicable law(s): Points c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, CT3 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.665/GD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2025
