CT3: Notice on stock status

On September 09, 2025, HNX announces the status of Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CT3) as follows:
- CT3 shares are put on trading restriction following the Decision 1078/QD-SGDHN dated 09/09/2025 due to the auditing company gave a disclaimer opinion on the Financial Statement 2024 of the company according to the  provision at Points c Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/2025 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- CT3 shares are under alert according to Decision No.845/QD-SGDHN dated 10/07/2025 due to the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders within the maximum time limit from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law, as prescribed at Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/04/ 2025 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
