HPT: Payment of 2024 Stock Dividend

- Execution rate: 100:10 (shareholders are entitled to 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 1,107 shares are entitled to receive 110,7 shares (calculated by the formula: 1,107*10%=110,7 shares). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 110 shares, the 0.7 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance department of HPT Vietnam Corporation, Lot E2a-3, road D1, High-tek area, Long Binh ward, Hochiminh city (8:30-12:00, 13:00-17:00, Monday ~ Friday). ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
