* Decision on stock under continued alert:
Following Decision No. 1083/QD-SGDHN dated 10/09/2025, HNX announces the stock under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: HTC Holding Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: CET
- Effective date: 12/09/2025
- Reason: The listed organization was late in submitting the audited semi-annual financial statements for 2025 more than 15 days after the prescribed deadline;
- Applicable regulations: Point g, Clause 1, Article 36 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
-  This Decision replaces Decision No. 797/QD-SGDHN dated July 9, 2025 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on placing CET shares on the alert list.
